    Sea Horse

Fiber: Felt by Liz Canali (24in. x 8in.)
"Inspired by horses walking and playing in the surf at Butler beach, Florida. Made with Merino wool, Tussah silk, bamboo and viscose. About the mounting on this piece … This piece is mounted on styrofoam with adhesive tabs so it can be easily hung. It has insulating and sound proofing qualities. It can be framed. Wool is insulating, moisture absorbing and hard wearing. On top of all this, nature has been so brilliant that it has greased each fiber of the wool with lanolin as it grows out of the follicle. The lanolin protects the fiber against water, dirt and odors."

    Oil by Robin Puckett (37.5in. x 37.5in.)
"This Spoonbill is shown splashing in the water as they often do. I enjoy using bright colors which look so pretty with the pink feathers! As the official bird of St. Augustine they are one of the most beloved birds in our area and I'm a huge fan!"

  • Pink Duet

    Pink Duet

Acrylic on Canvas by Nieves Gallegos (16in. x 40in.) ***Not for Sale***
"Inspired by a visit to the Aviarius exhibit in Costa Maya, Pink Duet aims to capture a harmonious moment between two flamingos. In this frame, the hiding flamingo in the background is taking a rest in the cool shade, while its companion in the foreground is preening in the warm sun. The contrast of the bright pink colors of the flamingos and the deep greens of the tropical foliage invites viewers to peek into a private, peaceful sanctuary."
