The Sunshine State shines here! This vivid display explores a wide range of artistic interpretations and scenes of Florida, from the plants and animals to the wilderness and waterways, to the people and places.

You can also experience Fantastic Florida in-person by visiting the gallery: Tuesdays through Sundays, 12:00 – 4:00 PM.

Exhibit Judge: Diantha York-Ripley

Diantha York-Ripley is a fine artist and painter specializing in floral, still life, Florida marshes and waterways created in acrylics and mixed media. While working on her Bachelors of Fine Arts degree at the University of North Florida, York-Ripley was also a flight attendant with a major airline. Her work broadened her global perspective and influenced her perceptions of the world in which we live.

Today, York-Ripley’s work features the magnificence of the nature that exemplifies the North Florida area and uses strong art forms on the canvas that embody inner peace. With a keen eye for beauty in every surrounding, Diantha York-Ripley’s stunning work is treasured by collectors and designers alike. Her work has been displayed in galleries and exhibitions across the country.
