“Keepers of the Tradition
For centuries, artists have been drawn to the light, architecture, and enduring spirit of St. Augustine. This cyanotype honors that legacy by capturing two painters immersed in the creative act, linking today’s artists with those who have found inspiration here across generations. The historic blue tones of the cyanotype process echo the passage of time, transforming a contemporary moment into one that feels timeless. My hope is to celebrate not only the beauty of the city’s artistic heritage, but also the quiet dedication of those who continue to preserve and interpret it through their own work.
