The Black Hole
$550.00
Wood & Mixed Media by Ron Vellucci
(18in. x 18in.)
““The Black Hole” serves as a physical investigation into perspective, vanishing points, negative space, and the invisible pull of gravity. By manipulating the wood and mixed media, I aim to capture the tension between form and void, inviting the viewer to explore the threshold where precise geometry meets the infinite unknown.
My work is deeply rooted in a lifelong fascination with the geometry and the inherent precision of woodworking—a discipline I first discovered while learning woodworking alongside my father. In “The Black Hole,” this foundation of geometric accuracy converges with my curiosity about the cosmos and the profound mysteries of deep space.“
