Artists and art lovers! Join the St. Augustine Art Association and the St. Johns Cultural Council for a two-day Plein Air Paint Out celebrating Founder’s Day and the rich history of St. Augustine, founded in 1565. Experience the city’s historic charm, unique architecture, and scenic beauty through the time-honored tradition of painting en plein air (outdoors). Watch artists paint on location throughout the city, then visit the St. Augustine Art Association gallery to view works in progress, explore finished paintings, and purchase original artwork inspired by St. Augustine.

This is a free event, but artists do need to sign up and all surfaces must be stamped before painting.

Works in this event may be entered into the St. Johns Cultural Council Plein Air Show in November.
