“Inspired by a visit to the Aviarius exhibit in Costa Maya, Pink Duet aims to capture a harmonious moment between two flamingos. In this frame, the hiding flamingo in the background is taking a rest in the cool shade, while its companion in the foreground is preening in the warm sun. The contrast of the bright pink colors of the flamingos and the deep greens of the tropical foliage invites viewers to peek into a private, peaceful sanctuary.“
