"The American Alligator is native to the Southeastern United States and a small section of northeastern Mexico. Adult males measure up to 15 ft. and can weigh up to 1,100 lbs. It inhabits subtropical and tropical freshwater wetlands, such as marshes and cypress swamps, from southern Texas to North Carolina. It is distinguished from the American crocodile by its broader snout, with overlapping jaws and darker coloration, and is less tolerant of saltwater but more tolerant of cooler climates. It was removed from endangered status in 1987. The species is the official state reptile of three states: Florida, Louisiana, and Mississippi."Artwork purchased online can be picked up AFTER the exhibit ends, on or after December 29, 2024 -- or shipped to the buyer (ALL SHIPPING COSTS TO BE PAID BY THE BUYER).

"The St. Augustine lighthouse is one of the prettiest lighthouse’s I’ve ever seen. After climbing the 199 cast-iron steps to the top, I decided to paint it. I’ve painted it several times and each time a new thought process is portrayed in different mediums. This painting is a mixture of acrylic paint, acrylic markers and the build up of modeling paste for dimension. The title of this artwork, “ St Augustine Strong” holds true throughout many hurricanes. Our lighthouse will always guide us."Artwork purchased online can be picked up AFTER the exhibit ends, on or after December 29, 2024 -- or shipped to the buyer (ALL SHIPPING COSTS TO BE PAID BY THE BUYER).

"A day in a Florida cypress swamp with Mr. Alligator taking a rest on a log and Miss Limpkin looking for tasty snails to eat. We love to kayak in Florida swamps and rivers and see a lot of birds and alligators but we don't bother them and they don't bother us. Florida wildlife is still wild and very accessible by kayak and paddleboard. I hope you get a chance to see the real Florida."Artwork purchased online can be picked up AFTER the exhibit ends, on or after December 29, 2024 -- or shipped to the buyer (ALL SHIPPING COSTS TO BE PAID BY THE BUYER).
