You too can create like Monet!
Young artists will explore the colorful, light-filled world of Claude Monet and Impressionism, taking inspiration from his dreamy gardens and glowing landscapes. Students will experiment with drawing, painting, and collage as they create their own works of art, including landscapes, dimensional paper projects, and tissue collages. Students will work with fun materials such as oil pastels, soft pastels, watercolor, and acrylic paint.
Celebrate every day through art, exploration, and imagination!
Fiesta del Arte is a colorful, hands-on art adventure inspired by the art, music, and stories of Latin America! Campers will get creative making paper molas, shiny tin carvings, Aztec sun designs, and vibrant yarn molas. Along the way, they’ll explore exciting paper layering techniques and experiment with oil pastels, acrylic paint, and drawing materials. Each day brings new artistic discoveries and cultural connections.
Explore the creative possibilities of patterns, repetition, and symbols as powerful tools for visual storytelling!
Students will draw inspiration from artistic traditions around the world, with a special focus on ancient bark painting techniques developed by Indigenous artists in Australia. Through guided lessons and hands-on projects, campers will learn how animals and meaningful symbols can represent ideas, traits, and stories, and how repetition can create rhythm and unity within a composition. By the end of the camp, students will create their own story-driven artworks that reflect both cultural inspiration and their personal creativity.
Jump into the bold, colorful world of Pop Art!
Students will explore iconic pop artists, learn the techniques behind their styles, and create their own inspired artworks. Each session highlights a different artist and medium, from collage and printmaking to large scale paintings and comic book inspired designs, turning every day into a fun, hands on celebration of creativity!
This camp is recommended for grades 6 – 9.
$200 per session – includes supplies. Discounts will be automatically applied for multiple children and/or sessions. Space is limited.
