6th Annual Nature & Wildlife Exhibit
Now showing through August 31.
This acclaimed exhibit features a gallery-wide installation of original 2D & 3D artwork inspired by the beauty of the natural world and the diversity of wildlife that inhabits the great outdoors. Artists from across the U.S. and three other countries submitted nearly 500 entries to the juried contest. Proceeds from the sale of art benefit the art programs of the St. Augustine Art Association and Audubon Florida, our exhibit partner.
Special Exhibit Events:
Kids Scavenger Hunt: For the young at art to discover hidden clues within the exhibit and win prizes. Through August 31. Free.

September 4 - 28 CELEBRATE ST. AUGUSTINE
Member artists may participate in the upcoming "Celebrate St. Augustine" exhibit. The juried exhibit, which launches the Association's 92nd season, is part of the citywide 450th anniversary commemoration. Eligible works may include 2D and 3D pieces in any style that reflect St. Augustine's landscape, people, wildlife, history, culture and more. Works must have been created within the past three years. A special $450 prize will be given for the most outstanding tribute to the City, along with other cash awards, including the $300 Jean Wagner Troemel Award.
RECEIVING: Tuesday, September 1, noon to 6pm or Wednesday, September 2, noon to 4pm. The entry fee is $15. STAAA members may enter one piece; all entries will be accepted.
Planting the Seeds: Touching the Future - Fundraising Campaign
In celebration of our 90th Anniversary, we're proud to unveil plans for the new TOUCH St. Augustine Art Garden!
This re-imagined Art Center entry invites visitors to explore art and history through all of the senses. Features include improved ADA ramps, water fountains, new "floating" sculptures, native plantings and interpretive Braille markers.
Thanks to the Bradley/Mayer family, your donation will be matched dollar for dollar up to $50,000. Please help us reach our goal in 90 days! Donors will be honored on the Donor Wall and via other naming opportunities.

Drake's Raid Exhibit
ART y FACTS of DRAKE'S RAID
A permanent installation of artifacts unearthed below the North Gallery wing of the St. Augustine Art Association showcases evidence of Drake's Raid on the Spanish town in 1586. This commemorative St. Augustine 450th Anniversary legacy project was produced in part through a grant from the Florida Humanities Council. Visit soon!
